1. Overview of Services

Formity Labs LLC ("Formity", "we", "us", or "our") provides tools for developers to build advanced multi-step forms using React. These tools include:

• UI Kit – A downloadable set of pre-built React components designed to help developers create multi-step forms efficiently.
• AI Form Builder – A web-based tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate form logic, producing a code snippet intended to be integrated into the downloaded UI Kit.

These Services are designed to be used together.

2. Use of the UI Kit

You may:

• Use the UI Kit components in personal or commercial projects.
• Modify the code to fit your use case.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the UI Kit as a standalone product.
• Claim ownership of the original unmodified components.

The UI Kit is provided under a license that permits you to use and modify its components in personal, commercial, and client projects. This license is non-exclusive and non-transferable. You are not permitted to resell, sublicense, or distribute the UI Kit, in whole or in part, as a standalone product or template.

3. Use of the AI Form Builder

The AI Form Builder generates code snippets based on your input. These snippets are meant to work with the UI Kit.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the tool to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access internal systems.

We store input/output data to improve the service. All use is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer on AI Outputs: The AI Form Builder may generate outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. We make no guarantees as to the accuracy, legality, or fitness of AI-generated code. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using outputs at your own discretion.

4. One-Time Payments

Certain Services (e.g. UI Kit access) may require a one-time payment.

• All payments are securely processed by Polar, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
• By making a purchase, you agree to Polar's Terms and Privacy Policy.
• We do not store or have access to your payment information.
• All billing inquiries should be directed to Polar.

5. Refund Policy

Since after purchasing a license you have immediate access to all the components of the UI Kit, we do not offer refunds.

6. User Accounts

Some features may require account creation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activities under your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on this Website—excluding open-source or third-party content—is the intellectual property of Formity Labs LLC.

8. Disclaimers

We provide our Services "as is" and "as available" with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

Formity Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

11. Service Discontinuation

We may, at our discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of the Services (including the UI Kit or AI Form Builder) at any time.

However, we are committed to doing so responsibly and respectfully. If we decide to discontinue a product or service, we will:

• Provide advance notice to all affected users via email or on the Website
• Ensure that all customers are given a reasonable opportunity to download and retain any products they have purchased (such as the UI Kit)

We believe in respecting your trust. If we ever sunset a feature or the entire service, we will do everything possible to minimize disruption and make the transition smooth for all users.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services implies acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable European Union regulations. Users in the EU may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
