3. Purchases

If you choose to purchase paid features (such as access to the UI Kit), your payment will be processed by Polar, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.

• We do not store or have access to your payment details.
• Polar may collect personal and payment information required to complete the transaction.
• All purchases are subject to Polar's privacy and terms of service policies.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information as necessary to:

• Hosting & Infrastructure – Our Services are hosted on Vercel, which may process technical data required to deliver the website.
• Database & Authentication – We use Supabase for data storage, authentication, and backend operations.
• AI Processing – Some of your inputs and outputs in the AI Form Builder are processed through OpenAI to generate responses.

We may also share information if required to:

• Comply with legal obligations.
• Enforce our Terms of Service.
• Protect the rights, property, or safety of Formity and its users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@formity.app.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & International Users)

As a resident of the European Union (including Spain) or other jurisdictions with similar laws, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we store about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• Object to or restrict our processing of your data.

Our Services are operated in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
